These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the avirock.com website (the "Site"), operated by AVIROCK LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("AVIROCK," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site provides information about AVIROCK's open-access research, published protocols, training programs, and policy engagement related to cross-standard organic compliance. AVIROCK LLC is a research and protocol-development organization. AVIROCK LLC is not a USDA-accredited certifying agent and does not provide organic certification, accreditation, audits, inspections, or compliance determinations.

Content on the Site, including descriptions of regulatory frameworks, transition timelines, and standards comparisons, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, certification, compliance, agronomic, business, or any other professional advice. Decisions about organic certification, compliance strategy, and regulatory matters should be made in consultation with qualified certifying agents, attorneys, agronomists, or other appropriate professionals.

3. Published Research Protocols

AVIROCK's published research protocols are hosted on Zenodo (operated by CERN) under permanent Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) and are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You may freely share, adapt, and build upon these protocols, including for commercial purposes, provided you give appropriate credit by citing the DOI and indicating any changes made. 4. Trademarks and Identity

"AVIROCK" and the AVIROCK logo are identifiers of AVIROCK LLC. You may reference AVIROCK by name when citing our publications under CC BY 4.0. You may not use the AVIROCK name or logo to imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or accreditation that does not exist.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVIROCK LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, business, certification status, market access, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Site or its content. AVIROCK's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVIROCK LLC and its officers, members, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect on the date posted at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
